Indoor Cycling is a high energy class to improve cardiovascular health and muscle endurance.
This is also a great calorie
burning class that is suitable
for anyone able to pedal a stationary bike.
Boot Camp is a high intensity class designed to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance using dynamic body weight exercises, bands and weighted instruments. Exercises can be scaled for most fitness levels.
Mobility & Balance includes non-impact exercises to increase flexibility and improve mobility for functional strength, balance and stability. This class is suitable for anyone who can sit and stand on a level floor.
Kid Fit Class

Metabolic Conditioning

Kid Fit Class is designed to get children moving in a fun and exciting way to develop strong muscles and bones and even learn a little about fitness and health. This class is suitable for all children.
Metabolic Conditioning includes full body compound exercises with an emphasis on muscle endurance and cardiovascular health that maximizes metabolic weight loss benefits and improves strength. This is an intense class suited for heart healthy individuals.
